Pull request overview
Updates the Satellite Relay Tagging (SATTAG) near-real-time QC dataset configs to enrich variable-level metadata (comments/units/long_name) and adds a new GPS dataset config under the same product family.
Changes:
- Added/expanded per-variable metadata (e.g.,
comment,units,long_name) across existing SATTAG realtime QC dataset configs. - Added a new dataset config:
animal_gps_satellite_relay_tagging_realtime_qc.json. - Modified several datetime schema dtypes (currently to an unsupported
"timestamp"value) and updated partitioning configuration in the new GPS config.

Here is my current updated config for the SATTAG CO product
I needed to change the name of the product/config, the reason why I updated the notebook, hopefully it doesn't break anything
