A full-stack AI chatbot built from scratch — not just an API wrapper. Before any token reaches Gemini, a custom NLP layer detects intent, topic, and conversation depth, then builds a structured prompt with full session history injected. Flask backend, SQLite, 10-page frontend with a shared design system, auth, membership gating, and GSAP animations.
