The explorer base URLs do not have corresponding Etherscan-compatible API endpoints. Removing them keeps the generated registry and all-features chain specification in sync.
Require Etherscan API and base URLs to be defined together so the generated JSON and Rust registry cannot diverge. Add the documented SocialScan endpoints for Pharos mainnet and testnet.

SocialScan separates general API reads from contract verification across two endpoints, while the chain registry exposes only one API URL. Avoid advertising the verification-only endpoint as a general Etherscan API.

Adds canonical chain definitions for Pharos mainnet and testnet, including their explorer URLs and regenerated Rust and JSON artifacts. This preserves the original contribution from #305 and supersedes it because maintainer edits were disabled there.
