Adds a hands-off evening routine that processes the inbox and delta-syncs GitHub stars in one Claude Code session. Reuses existing process-inbox and process-reference logic; never modifies user-edited content. Reference runbook in skills/librarian/references/nightly-sync-runbook.md.
