Summary

Rename the README JSON link from Download JSON to View JSON API
Keep the JSON endpoint unchanged
Keep Download CSV unchanged because the CSV currently downloads normally
Match the README wording to the actual browser behavior

Validation

View JSON API appears once
The old Download JSON label no longer appears
JSON and CSV URLs remain unchanged
Existing UTM parameters remain unchanged
README.md is the only changed file
