The purpose of the election audit analysis is to help generate a report for the congressional precinct in Colorado. The report will include the total number of the votes cast, the total number of votes for each candidate and the percentage of votes of each candidate. Also, the analysis should include the winner of the election based on the highest number of votes.

The script can be used to audit not only congressional but also other elections like senatorial and local elections. The script can be modified to read a different csv file not only a specific file. The loop in the script can be written as a function that return the results of the election
