Promote the SDK to a stable 1.0.0 GA release by bumping the version, dropping the runtime alpha warnings and alpha docs/badges, and publishing under the latest npm tag instead of alpha. RUNNER-9680

For above - Was there discussion of going to a name like "Adobe Runtime Sandbox SDK"?

@MichaelGoberling no, we didn't have that discussion. Is there some context there that I could be missing, e.g., were there talks of renaming the SDKs as a part of coming out of alpha? I have started a thread internally to discuss.

The Alpha designation was there because several product decisions for AB Sandboxes were still being worked out at the time
If this is still branded as an App Builder SDK, I'm not sure it makes sense to go GA yet — those open questions haven't fully settled
If it gets renamed to something not tied specifically to App Builder, that would make more sense, especially if ownership of this SDK moves outside the current team
