This commit refactors the project into a Python package and adds a versatile tone generator, background soundscapes, I-Doser file support, and a real-time frequency visualization.

This commit refactors the project into a proper Python package named `pysbagen`. It also adds several new features, including a versatile tone generator, background soundscapes, and support for I-Doser `.drg` files.

Key changes:
- Restructured the project into a `pysbagen` package with a `pyproject.toml` file.
- Refactored all the existing code into the new package structure.
- Implemented a versatile tone generator with support for multiple waveforms.
- Added a feature for looping background soundscapes.
- Implemented a decoder for I-Doser `.drg` files, including image extraction.
- Added a real-time frequency visualization feature with Chladni patterns.
- Added a GUI for all the new features.
- Added tests for the parser and mixer.
