NSFW! This scrapes ALL of the Wiki Commons and all of the Internet Archive!!! It is unfortunatly not a question of if, but of when you will probably see something you wish you hadn't. There are major issues with the medium function right now, but that goes for pretty much the whole program.
Hi! I made this pretty simple Wikimedia/Internet Archive search tool so I could practice speed sketching (see Sketchdaily). However as someone who draws Architecture primarily, I found myself frustrated with the lack of options and styles to choose from with them. Thus "I" have "created" this html program to use the massive databases of the Wiki Commons and the Internet Archive for sketch references using their tags. It is however far from perfect as I have no background in programming.
I'd like to think its pretty straight forward. Just drop the .html file into your browser! Put what you want or not want to see in the tags and you're off to the races.
As mentioned above I have almost zero experience in coding, if it were pre-2022 making this as someone in my position would've been a serious feat. Unfortunatly since then times have changed. I do not usually condone AI in any use case, but I am also a massive hypocrite. This is evil and I do not condone. I do not have the skill or time to really continue this project, but if you want to take it off my hands, be my guest.
