- Calm software. No flashing red. No notification spam. The app should disappear into the work.
- Numbers that match. If the same metric appears on two screens, it must be the same number — same window, same units, same rounding.
- India-first defaults. IST timestamps, ₹ formatting, FY-aware (Apr–Mar) tax reports, broker-accurate fee math.
- End-to-end ownership. I'd rather ship one polished slice than scaffold five half-built ones.
