Summary
Clarifies installer and documentation output that port 8020 is reserved for XTTS in the DwemerDistro service map.
Why
The old documentation did not explain that other local providers now have distinct ports.
User impact
No XTTS runtime port change: existing installations and connector URLs remain on 8020.
Checks
Rebased onto current main; clean CUDA 12.8 install completed; health check and live WAV synthesis passed on 8020.
Part of the coordinated unique local speech-service port rollout. Draft for cross-repository review before merge.
