Removed the large commented-out block for the old `/samples/login/{username}/{password}` endpoint in `Lims.java`. This improves codebase readability and maintainability by removing dead code.
🎯 What: Removed dead commented-out code in `Lims.java`.
💡 Why: Commented-out code causes clutter and confusion. Version control preserves history, so the code can be safely deleted.
