🧹 Remove commented out code in Lims.java

🎯 What: Removed the commented-out checkUserCredentails method from src/main/java/com/divudi/ws/lims/Lims.java.

💡 Why: The method was commented out and no longer actively used by the program. Removing it cleans up the file and improves overall readability and maintainability of the codebase by eliminating visual clutter and dead code. Version history is naturally preserved by Git.

✅ Verification:

• Validated via mvn clean test that the removal introduces no compilation errors and all existing tests pass successfully.
• Conducted manual inspection of the lines removed (lines 134-164) to ensure only the commented-out block was removed and the active login method immediately following it remained intact.

✨ Result: A cleaner and more concise Lims.java with dead, commented-out code safely removed.
