🎯 What: Removed commented-out code attempting to get the IP address (X-FORWARDED-FOR or RemoteAddr) in getBill, getBillItem, and getBillItemByCategory endpoints in Finance.java.

💡 Why: Commented-out code causes clutter and confusion. History is preserved in version control. Removing it improves code readability and maintainability.

Verification: Verified changes by building the project and running all existing unit tests via mvn clean test. Tests passed, confirming no functionality was broken.

Result: A cleaner, more maintainable Finance web service class without dead code.
