🎯 What: Removed a large block of commented-out dead code (
addPatientReportItemValuesForReport) insrc/main/java/com/divudi/ws/lims/LimsMiddlewareController.java(lines 1628-1721).💡 Why: Commented-out code causes clutter and reduces code readability. The historical context of this code is already preserved in version control (git), so keeping it in the active file is unnecessary and degrades code health.
✅ Verification: Ran
mvn clean testsuccessfully (all 125 tests passed), confirming no active functionality was impacted. Usedgit diffto manually verify only the commented-out code was removed and surrounding code remained intact. Code review also verified this was a completely safe change.✨ Result: Improved maintainability and readability by removing 94 lines of dead code.
