Hey, I'm Zachary Roland ✌🏻

Software Engineer at Talent Plus, where I build internal tools, ATS/HRIS integrations, and customer-facing web applications in a multi-tenant SaaS environment. I work across modern React and legacy Java/Grails codebases, and I've built and maintained integrations with 8+ enterprise HR platforms (Workday, UKG, iCIMS, Pinpoint, Oracle).

I also do freelance React/Firebase development for small businesses and local bands — check out zacharyroland.dev.
