I work full time as a Senior IT Technician. I'm also learning programming and am interested in, well, honestly, everything!

Dev Skills

  • Python — OOP, Django, FastAPI
  • SQL — PostgreSQL, but can adapt to any flavour
  • HTML & CSS — Check out my Flexbox Keyboard and Grid Responsive Cards
  • Deployment — Docker, AWS EC2, Render, mailing server, cloud storage, bug loggers, Cloudflare
  • Arduino — I play around with breadboards and can do some basic things, like rendering text on a monitor. More of an interest than a skill, but it's growing!

Currently Working On

JavaScript — I know the syntax, now diving into the specifics and the DOM.

Next Goals

  • Kubernetes, cloud computing, advanced cybersecurity, Linux beyond the basics
  • After that: system design and ETL

Fun Facts About Me

I studied arts in high school then majored in linguistics with Japanese. I sometimes paint as a hobby, can hold a conversation in Japanese, and I'm also learning guitar — though it takes me 3 business days to switch a chord.
