The store now sells exactly one real thing — the I AM NOMAD holographic sticker — presented as a hero card (tight new crop of the sticker itself on an iridescent pad, replacing the old mockup-slide thumbnail) with the lone Shopify buy slot. The other 25 designs move to /gallery.html: a playful scattered sticker wall built from the transparent die-cut derivatives (new public/merch/diecuts/, 27 webps), linked from a dashed invite card at the bottom of the Duty-Free desk. Gallery page registered in vite.config pages (sitemap included). Verified: build clean, eslint clean, full smoke passes (single .shopify-buy-slot still asserted), screenshots of both surfaces eyeballed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <[email protected]>

…83) * Rename the film to I AM NOMAD across site and docs The film title becomes I AM NOMAD — unifying it with the canonical key art and merch brand (NEXT.md already declares I AM NOMAD the canonical project image). The old descriptive title survives as the tagline: "a psychedelic airport for time travelers". Skywhale Airways stays the airline/world brand everywhere. Surfaces: index gate/HUD/film-section/credits/metas, press kit, about colophon, boarding-pass canvas + share text, scenes.js comment, package.json, README, llms.txt, production doc headings, scenes.json title field. Scene prompts intentionally untouched (regen stays true to form). Historical docs (merch r1, supporting-docs) left as-is. Smoke-verified: build + full smoke pass with no console errors; gate renders the new lockup with styled tagline.
