• record the direct Karakeep #2864 merge and next-release confirmation
• connect both public outcomes to PCF's lifecycle and retained-gate documentation

Accuracy boundaries

• Hermes #43834 and maintainer-authored #69696 are both still open
• explicit subsumption/credit is not counted as a merge or commit authorship
• Karakeep #2864 was directly authored by VrtxOmega and merged on July 26, 2026
• these outcomes are calibration evidence, not maintainer endorsements of PCF
