Can I copy and paste an iTunes URL?

Yes! Copy and paste the iTunes URL into the New Feed Dialog and Vocal will automatically find the RSS feed for you and add it to your library.

How can I completely reset my library?

You can reset your library by entering the following into terminal:

rm -rf ~/.local/share/vocal
rm -rf ~/.cache/vocal
rm -rf ~/.config/vocal

If you want to be able to easily re-add your subscriptions, be sure to export to an OPML file first before resetting.
