Sustained crosstalk from held chords can drift neighboring switch baselines far enough to cause phantom key triggers when the chord releases. This commit adds `BASELINE_DRIFT_MAX` to hard-cap how far tracked baselines may wander from their boot-calibrated anchor values. Tracked baselines are now clamped within ±40 ADC counts of the anchor, preventing drift-induced false triggers while still allowing fast adaptive tracking.
