v0.8.1 - UI Overhaul

This is a large rewrite of the app focused around making the UI actually pleasant to look at. I also did a lot to just sort of get the project back on track and focused.

New memory tab added to give some basic information around Memory

I'll be improving it further as I continue along. Flatpak release has been abandoned for now as there are many alternatives on that store.
