Description:
This pull request updates the @angular/cli version to 1.6.1 in package.json file as requested in Issue #99.
The upgrade resolves dependency issues encountered during installation and ensures compatibility with the current Angular setup.
Changes Included:
-> Updated @angular/cli version in package.json
-> Ran npm install to refresh lockfile
-> Verified that the project builds and runs without dependency errors
