  • adds Moonshine v2 Small Streaming with live partial transcription
  • keeps Parakeet and Whisper behind batch/streaming backend contracts
  • adds personal vocabulary and heard => preferred phrase correction
  • publishes a distinct org.futo.voiceinput.moonshine app and IME identity
  • makes Moonshine the default backend
  • adds persistent secret-backed release signing
  • updates repository and agent documentation
