Preserve on-box Spark work before decommission (2026-07-18)

Rescue snapshot of uncommitted work from the DGX Spark before the box is wiped for reuse.

Contents: commit 294c9df (fix: skip plugin install in pure mode) + 8 working changes across packages/tui, packages/opencode, packages/storybook, bun.lock (9 files three-dot).
Base: on-box copy was ~41 commits behind origin/main; PR shows only these changes. May conflict with current main — rebase before merge.
Note: WIP snapshot; pushed with --no-verify.
