This PR adds uzbek localization to ModMenu.
I have a couple of questions regarding translation. Some languages translated the name "Mod Menu" and some didn't. Are we supposed to translate the name? Does it affect its discoveribility?
Please publish the uzbek translation to Modrinth, Forge and other platforms.
I guess I have to make a PR to all the previous Minecraft versions too. That's a lot of work.
