The old version was one vague sentence ("Analyzes open GitHub issues, suggests labels, priority, and assignees"). The new version explains how it classifies (by type, priority, assignee), what criteria it uses (labels, keywords, past patterns), and why it matters (saves hours of backlog grooming).
