Replaced the fully-clickable Link card with an article element and an explicit View Details button, satisfying the acceptance criteria and improving accessibility. All required fields now display like name, category, description, tags, tools, rating, and downloads. CSS selectors were rewritten to BEM naming to prevent class collisions. AgentsPage adds mock data as a silent fallback when the backend is offline, so the grid is always visible.
