Adds a docs directory with detailed Static Studio CLI documentation. Covers authentication and configuration, a complete command reference, input formats and validation limits, and common workflows. Links the new docs from the README and includes the docs directory in the npm package files list. Verified with typecheck, tests, and npm pack dry run.
