Adds CLI support for WordPress magic-login links and restores Basic Auth credential lookup under the sites commands. Updates user removal and admin handoff commands so callers can target users by email as well as user ID. Documents the new commands and adds focused tests for magic-link generation, credential stripping, user removal, and admin promotion.
