Release the new coastseg package v2.0.4. This release uses the new coastsat-package v0.5.0 enhanced SAR shoreline mapping workflow. This new workflow allows the user to download VV bands in addition to the VH bands. It also includes the ability to use a new 3 band SAR model (VV,VH,VV-VH) to better extract shorelines from imagery. This PR overhauls the coastsat and zoo workflow to be able to use this new SAR workflow. The SAR workflow now defaults to this new workflow.
