增加对cc-switch对URL Schema导入的解析

很多中转站都支持生成cc-switch的URL Schema，但是cli无法处理，导致配置起来没那么方便，希望能够支持

做了个feature #226 用deeplink指令能够导入deeplink
用了cc-switch现有的下的deeplink的接口，但是和2026-01-29-upstream-backend-alignment.md有冲突

Thanks @LeonardoTan19. This is not shipped in v5.8.0 yet. PR #226 is still open and tracks the deeplink import path for provider/MCP/prompt/skill resources.

Keeping this issue open until that PR, or an equivalent implementation, is reviewed and merged.
