This project focuses on non-invasive blood glucose detection using electronic nose (Enose) technology. The system collects and analyzes gas data from users' breath through embedded devices and deep learning models, ultimately presenting the glucose level in a mobile app.
The project consists of four subsystems:
- Enose Web Platform System: A decoupled front-end and back-end system that supports experimental workflow management.
- Enose Algorithm Debugging System: A module for model debugging and algorithm invocation.
- Enose Serial Communication Tool: A utility for real-time sensor data acquisition and visualization.
- Enose Algorithm Model: Please refer to the paper: DynaTGNet: Enhanced Transformer-Based Spatiotemporal Dynamic Graph Neural Network for Multivariate Time Series Classification.
