Summary

  • Adds a LICENSE file to Quantum-L9/.github containing the standardized Quantum AI Partners proprietary license (free evaluation use; paid commercial license required for any Commercial Use).
  • Since this repo is GitHub's org-wide "community health file" source, any Quantum-L9 repository that does not ship its own LICENSE will now show/inherit these terms as the default, instead of showing "no license" or a permissive default like MIT.
  • Individual repos can still override by adding their own LICENSE file — this only affects the fallback.

Part of the org-wide license standardization effort already applied to 14 existing Quantum-L9 repos.

Test plan

  • Docs-only change, no code/behavior impact.
  • After merge, verify on a repo with no LICENSE file that GitHub's "This repository has no license" banner is replaced with a link to this file.

Made with Cursor

Adds the Quantum AI Partners proprietary license (free evaluation use,
paid commercial license required for Commercial Use) as this repo's
LICENSE file. Since Quantum-L9/.github is GitHub's org-wide community
health file source, any Quantum-L9 repo without its own LICENSE will
now inherit this as its default instead of showing 'no license' or
falling back to a permissive choice like MIT.
