Ported Tyrian's build from sbt to Mill.
Yes, I need a machine upgrade. But I was finding Tyrian increasingly difficult to work on using sbt (compilation speed, recompilation frequency, Metals integration) and so decided it was time to move to Mill, which I'd been considering for a long time anyway.
As part of this process, I have decided to drop the selenium tests. We could bring them back, they were well intentioned, but I'm not aware that they ever caught anything, they took ages to run, and mostly I just found them to be an obstacle. 🤷 🙂
