Project Roadmap

Date of writing: March 23rd 2024

Goal: Have a working MVP by the end of summer (September 1st)

1. Define MVP and create basic UI design (March + April)

• consulting with community on features
• research on key elements of app
• setting up organization structure, conducting interviews, and leadership.
• UI design
• Decide on project architecture and tooling

2. Build MVP frontend (May + June)

• Construct Application Skeleton
• Divide work into small manageable parts
• Create simple and clear documentation to help people get started
• publish regular updates on progress

3. Build MVP backend (July + August)

• Decide on network architecture and scale
• Determine and configure database system
• Determine and configure middleware and server type
• Develop system for offline testing
• Develop suite for online testing

4. Test Launch (Sept)

• Launch project in small geographic region, and measure results

From there the project requires feedback, iteration, and potentially expansion.
