V2.0

This release coincides with the submission of the STAR Protocol paper accompanying the Cell Reports manuscript: Automated High-throughput Mouse Transsynaptic Viral Tracing using iDISCO+ Tissue Clearing, Light-sheet Microscopy and BrainPipe. The updates since V1.0 include better documentation, examples and a more user-friendly main file.
