Quick fix for with some spaghetti workarounds.

Release v1-new

Updated plugin to 1.3.1-dev.
Changed every "set" to "toggle" because in official gc there's now setconstellation command.
Functionality stays the same as earlier version.

Release v3

Now supports /sc all which adds every constellation at once.
Also code reformatting.

Credits to Lurius#2569 for dedication in implementing this.

Release v2

Removed hard-coded constellation, now uses function to get constellation values.
Also I added catch for typing letters and not numbers for /sc
Probably buggy, use with caution.
