Further updates for Issue #474 , this time focused on paired proportions, but with some minor edits to other pages.

Apologies - I forgot about syncing my main branch and doing the PR from there!

Hi @petelaud Thanks for submitting the content for paired cis. It looks great. Is it possible for you to update the PR to push without changes to the renv.lock file (snapshot changes) and requirement.txt changes? If you need a package adding, let us know which one, and @yannickvandendijck will add it to the lock file his end, before bringing in your PR. If you can't update the PR, then we can look at bringing in the content outside of this PR so renv.lock file doesn't change. Also - you may have seen I've submitted a couple of 'placeholder' pages for CIs for EAIR and CIs for stratified MN method. This is because it's becoming more and more common, so I just wanted some content present for people to reference. Welcome to overwrite the content whenever you want.

@DrLynTaylor would it work if I just overwrite my copy of those files with the ones from the main CAMIS repo?
