…ring + throw-path tests, Apache LICENSE Root Dockerfile never built packages/skill-guard, so storage's workspace dependency on it would fail install/build in the real Coolify build. Docs implied the gate blocks unsafe skills universally when a single signal usually only scores CAUTION/SAFE; add honest limitations notes and coverage for the untested skill_add/skill_update gate wiring and the scanLlm reject/throw branch, plus the missing Apache-2.0 LICENSE file for the NVIDIA SkillSpector-derived portions credited in NOTICE. storage now imports @skillbrain/skill-guard; CI built storage without building skill-guard first, so tsc could not resolve its declarations (TS2307). Mirrors the Dockerfile build-order fix. Also runs skill-guard tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <[email protected]>
