- add missing command 'migrate' target documented in the README - downgrade IPython from 8.29.0 to 8.18.1 for Python 3.9 compatibility - add .python-version to standardize the local Python version
- requirements.txt is the source of truth for dependencies. - Pipfile was empty
- remove the tracked .idea directory to prevent IDE-specific diffs - add .venv/ to .gitignore
