Summary

Public model pricing gained conditional overrides and new per-unit keys in openrouter-web:

• #27967: pricing.overrides — conditional pricing entries (e.g. long-context via min_prompt_tokens) exposed on /api/v1/models and the endpoints API. Later applicable entries win per price key; absent keys inherit base prices; top-level pricing stays the default-condition price.
• #28420: time-window override conditions utc_start/utc_end (HHMM clock numbers, half-open daily UTC window, may wrap midnight) for peak/off-peak pricing (DeepSeek).
• #28297: image_token, image_output, audio_output, input_audio_cache now serialized in public pricing.

SKILL.md only — adds these to the response-shape tips and Key Fields table, plus a "check pricing.overrides before quoting costs" presentation note. Scripts are unchanged (they pass pricing through untouched).
