Description

A list of artifacts that are currently active on the field.

1	Number	id	The ID of the definition.	PRIMARY
2	Number	artifacttype	???		artifacttypes.id ???
3	Number	characterid	The character that created the mission that this artifact belongs to.
4	Number	zoneid	The zone that the artifact is currently located in.		zones.id
5	Number	positionx	The x co-ordinate of the artifact on the field.
6	Number	positiony	The y co-ordinate of the artifact on the field.
7	Number	missionguid	Mission instance ID ???
8	DateTime	created	The time that the artifact was created.
