… name is purely numeric/dot-separated (2.0.0 etc.), so .DS_Store (and any other stray file) is skipped before the int() parse. - Moved onto_base_path above the listing so it's defined once and reused (no duplicate Path(...)).
These ._* metadata files get created by macOS on non-native filesystems and were accidentally committed; they have no content and can break code that lists directories (e.g. AboutPageView's JSON loader tried to UTF-8 decode them and crashed). Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <[email protected]>
