Summary

  • Replaces the shields.io placeholder in CERTIFICATION.md with a properly designed "OpenBikeControl Certified" circular seal badge
  • Adds a badges/ directory with three variants (2048×2048 PNG, transparent background):
    • Color (teal brand gradient) — light backgrounds, packaging, web
    • Black — light backgrounds, single-color print
    • White — dark backgrounds, dark packaging
  • Documents the variants and their intended use in the Certification Badge Usage section

The seal uses the official handlebar logo centered inside a double ring, with "OPENBIKECONTROL" / "CERTIFIED" arc text and a milled outer edge, in the BikeControl brand teal gradient.
