Instead of doing this, should we just update https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/docs/pull/3192/changes#diff-03243bc573b830c2f425bafd197bc199861c1020721834b894b6f58cc3a0ce45R15-R19 and get that merged in?
I'm still a bit confused about the ordering of merges and this text reading "Flags". 😕

Updates the feature toggles page to say that we are now in preview with a link to the preview signup form.
This still says "feature toggles", there is a separate PR to update everything to feature flag at once (#3192). Whichever one merges second will need to update.
Wording is copied directly from the accompanying blog post (except the toggles bit).
