Fixes display of bifacial-related loss inputs on the Shading Soiling Snow page and the DC Losses page to be greyed out when module is not bifacial. This was a dev bug from the reorganization of the PV UI, and is not present in the 2025.4.16 release.
This does not require a help revision.
