This workflow automates the discovery of new FIMS repositories, checks for existing metadata, and generates a report. It also creates a GitHub issue if new repositories are found.
Updated the workflow to install R packages using Rscript instead of a dedicated action.
Refactor API search and validation process for FIMS projects. Improved handling of confirmed repositories and metadata retrieval.
Updated the discovery workflow to enhance package installation and repository validation. Improved handling of discovered repositories and added functionality to save reports.
Fixed variable names and added missing bracket in the workflow.
