Inconsistent email editor state and empty email tags

There are two related issues in the email editing flow:
1. When editing an email, if invalid email address, the value remains visible in the text field but is removed from the underlying JSON.
2. In some cases, email tags are created but contain empty values. (tested repo: https://gitlab.com/dlr-ve/esy/amiris/amiris)
