Closing: this is a public repo, and our central CodeQL reusable workflow lives in a private repo (moonpig-ops-pipeline-workflows). Public repos cannot consume private reusable workflows, so this approach doesn't work here. No immediate action needed — documented as 'not applicable' in the rollout. |
